Scheduled automated merges of mrs

But they are not responsible for merging them. - The developers are responsible for getting approvals, doing code review, and essentially getting the mrs to a merge-able state, including getting green pipelines. - There is a separate automated process that runs periodically (e.g. nightly), that takes the ready-to-be-merged mrs, one by one, and merge them. - As part of the automation, the mrs (the source branches of them), may need to be rebased along the way. ### Customers https://gitlab.my.salesforce.com/00161000002xBfL
