It would be beneficial for some workflows to support the security scanner checks supporting child pipelines, allowing users with this CI/CD workflow to be able to make use of the compliance frameworks functionality without the need to modify their existing CI/CD practices. <!-- Use this section to explain the feature and how it will work.
