We need to support this scenario on merge request Rapid Diffs discussions: 1. Diff has a collapsed diff due to whitespace only changes 2. User expands the diff 3. User comments on a diff line 4. Comment is properly submitted for a diff with whitespace changes (ignoring global whitespace setting)
