The 'Create' menu ("+" button in the super topbar) recently gained "New wiki item" in the project/group submenus when appropriate: * #591976+ * !225606+ Per https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/work_items/591976#note_3149355420, the tracking events used in those helpers (which I used as basis) are awkward/out-of-date/possibly don't even work.
