### Summary
If GitLab Duo, Duo Agent Platform and a [foundational flow](https://docs.gitlab.com/user/duo_agent_platform/flows/foundational_flows/) is enabled on a top-level namespace and is disabled at a later stage, the [service accounts created by foundational flows](https://docs.gitlab.com/user/duo_agent_platform/flows/foundational_flows/#service-accounts) remain as members in projects.
### Steps to reproduce
1. In a demo namespace, enable GitLab Duo (On by default), Duo Agent Platform, Foundational flows and enable `Code review` flow.
- {width=512}
2. A service account should be created on the namespace (`@duo-code-review-<namespace>` for example), and invited to each project with Duo enabled.
3. Ensure the service account is invited to at least one project in the namespace.
4. Disable Duo at the namespace level (Off by default), Duo Agent Platform, Foundational flows and disable `Code review` flow.
5. The service account created earlier (`@duo-code-review-<namespace>`) is never removed from projects.
### What is the current *bug* behavior?
Service accounts created as part of Duo Agent Platform foundational flows are not removed from projects automatically.
### What is the expected *correct* behavior?
Service accounts created as part of Duo Agent Platform foundational flows should be removed from projects automatically.
