Clicking on the reviewer avatar should navigate the user to the review approval in the merge request. We currently show a popover on comments in discussions today.  ### Assumption - The change in behavior to show this preview instead of the user details in avatar is something that needs to be validated. ### Considerations - If the user just commented and didn't leave an approval status could we show their last comment as a preview?
