We currently show these as 2 separate sections, however they are related. For example, if a user sets `Allowed to push and merge` to `No one`, then the `Allow force push setting` is not actually allowing anybody to force push. # Design proposal Integrate `Allow force push` it into the Edit panel of `Allowed to push and merge`.
