If a user has a branch that may match 2 or 3 rules, it would be extremely difficult for users to know what rule actually resolves in that case.  # Design exploration Consider some sort of rule evaluation tool, that allows users to see what rules apply, per branch (not per branch rule). **\_Exploration only to illustrate concept.
