### Proposal Iterate on the dash-circle icon to show the scenario when a reviewed has already happened and we should show the last reviewed state. Relates to #538362, where the difference is that issue was looking at the merge widget. This issue is looking at the reviewers in the sidebar. ### Background In this [MR](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/gitlab-dedicated/switchboard/-/merge_requests/2390) the reviewer previously requested changes and then author re-requested a review. When the review was re-requested this is what the reviewers section in the sidebar looks like:  It was not obvious why the merge check was failing since it looked like all of the reviewers approved or still needed to review (dash circle).
