This is a huge oversight in the system hooks that are provided. ref: https://docs.gitlab.com/administration/system_hooks/ Please implement this as soon as feasible, as it is a requirement for us being able to adequately secure our instance against privilege escalation, since membership changes can be made by too many roles.
