### Problem to Solve: Seeing strange behavior when editing issues to make some text bold. It's been reported, as of 2025-03-03, that it can be reproduced on multiple Issues (PM, Matthew Macfarlane, was able to reproduce it). \ Steps to reproduce: 1. Select edit on an issue with existing text. My examples had links and bullet points. 2. Highlight some of the text and click the Bold icon to make it bold 3. Select "Save Changes" 4. See that there are double asterisks "\*\*" instead of bold formatting. Screenshot examples below:
