This issue is a follow-up to [Handle Verified Commits signed by User with x509 certificate](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/498188). It was mentioned in [the MR](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/174158#note_2264483772). We should add the missing happy-path tests for GPG and SSH.
