Follow-up brought up in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/502779#note_2200471849. Following the workaround done to fix https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/502779, we need to investigate `ActionController::Live` to understand why it broke the streaming endpoints to begin with.
