" --> ### Problem to solve A customer would like a setting to easily create a new branch from an issue without an extra click as their strategy of layered branches can be obscured with the default of "Create Merge request and branch" ### Proposal A customer with a layered branch strategy would like a setting to default to "Create Branch" rather than "Create Merge Request and Branch".
