### Context As mentioned in the title, we need to get Slack alerts to ~"group::secret detection" whenever there is an SLO violation for the Secret Detection service. ### Implementation * [x] Enable slack alerts to `#g_secure-secret-detection` Slack channel following [this guide](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/runbooks/-/blob/master/docs/uncategorized/alert-routing.md). * [ ] ~~Verify the implementation by sending a test alert~~ There isn't a [standard approach available](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/runbooks/-/merge_requests/7964#note_2151805422) for sending sample Slack alerts.
