An example of a real use case would be me wanting to link to https://gitlab.com/rokejulianlockhart/rokejulianlockhart/-/blob/27f4161caed95f549a25f253682e52198d1e6ec9/readMe.MD?plain=1#L75-79, rendered, so that I can use that URI in links at https://app.dub.co/rokejulianlockhart?showArchived=true&search=KWTsOXP (like https://dub.sh/KWTsOXP in all of my other profiles' biography sections). I am aware that in this specific case, linking to the heading would be better.
