### Problem With the [compliance center](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/compliance/compliance_center/) now operational to add/edit/apply compliance frameworks and removing compliance frameworks from general settings (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/422783+), there will be no easy way for project owners to see the compliance posture of their projects ### Proposal Add the compliance center to project level with limited abilities listed below: Adherence report: - Remove ability to search/filter by project - Only show checks for current project Violations report: - Remove project filter - Only show violations for current project Framework report: - Remove tab Projects report: - Only show current project in table - Remove ability to add framework - Remove Search - Remove bulk actions - Remove ability to edit framework - Remove ability to add/remove framework form project ### Implementation plan
