Selective enable/disable mirroring

Currently one has to entirely delete the mirror(s) and recreate them when mirroring is desired again. ### Proposal Perhaps just a checkbox next to the push or pull mirror setting, in addition to the red 'X'. ### Permissions and Security Project owners. ### Documentation . ### Testing . ### What does success look like, and how can we measure that? . ### What is the type of buyer?
