Generate Changelog

But it can be cumbersome to write. ### Proposal Either within an MR or in the New Release section, we could add a "Generate CHANGELOG" button to automatically add: * everything that has changed to the current CHANGELOG "in progress" from an MR perspective * everything that has changed since the last Release in the other case. ### Feature Usage Metrics <!-- triage-serverless v3 PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THIS SECTION --> *This page may contain information related to upcoming products, features and functionality.
