Update documentation to clarify that LFS batch download does not work with proxy downloads enabled

As described in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/419591+, LFS batch downloads won't work if proxy downloads are enabled. While long term, we should fix proxy downloads to function correctly with LFS batch downloads, in the short term, we should update the documentation to clarify this limitation.
