Please use an ordered list. --> - Create an issue - Create a Merge Request with title `#1 - some description` as a Draft and save it - On the page of the Merge Request, the "#1" part is a link ![image](/uploads/7306eff683809b158ab216e4688a8ec2/image.png) - Use the hamburger menu to "Mark as ready" the merge request - On the page of the Merge Request, the "#1" part is no more a link ![image](/uploads/f8dbee85942d2c90030069492e4050e4/image.png) - If you reload the page, the title is rendering normally ### Example Project <!-- If possible, please create an example project here on GitLab.com that exhibits the problematic behavior, and link to it here in the bug report. If you are using an older version of GitLab, this will also determine whether the bug is fixed in a more recent version. --> ### What is the current *bug* behavior? <!-- Describe what actually happens. --> When "Mark as ready" a merge request, title isn't processed the same way if the page is directly called ### What is the expected *correct* behavior? <!-- Describe what you should see instead. --> Title is always rendered the same way (with the hyperlink) ### Relevant logs and/or screenshots <!-- Paste any relevant logs - please use code blocks (```) to format console output, logs, and code as it's tough to read otherwise. --> ### Output of checks <!-- If you are reporting a bug on GitLab.com, uncomment below --> <!-- This bug happens on GitLab.com --> <!-- /label ~"reproduced on GitLab.com" --> #### Results of GitLab environment info <!-- Input any relevant GitLab environment information if needed. --> <details> <summary>Expand for output related to GitLab environment info</summary> <pre> System information System: Debian 10 Proxy: no Current User: git Using RVM: no Ruby Version: 3.0.6p216 Gem Version: 3.2.33 Bundler Version:2.3.15 Rake Version: 13.0.6 Redis Version: 6.2.11 Sidekiq Version:6.5.7 Go Version: unknown GitLab information Version: 15.11.2-ee Revision: 916d24d1e48 Directory: /opt/gitlab/embedded/service/gitlab-rails DB Adapter: PostgreSQL DB Version: 13.8 URL: https://gitlab.example.comm HTTP Clone URL: https://gitlab.example.comm/some-group/some-project.git SSH Clone URL: ssh://git@gitlab.example.comm:22/some-group/some-project.git Elasticsearch: no Geo: no Using LDAP: no Using Omniauth: yes Omniauth Providers: GitLab Shell Version: 14.18.0 Repository storages: - default: unix:/var/opt/gitlab/gitaly/gitaly.socket GitLab Shell path: /opt/gitlab/embedded/service/gitlab-shell </pre> </details> #### Results of GitLab application Check <!-- Input any relevant GitLab application check information if needed. --> <details> <summary>Expand for output related to the GitLab application check</summary> <pre> Checking GitLab subtasks ...
