Workspaces: Onboarding or tutorials
### Problem Users need to read the long external documentation to set up the remote development. ### User experience goal It would be great if most of the users could stay in GitLab UI and get all the necessary information. And read the documentation for troubleshooting. --- ### Proposal Add a short tutorial for admins instead of an empty state.
