In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/393006 we temporarily added WebUI to the editor injector to make it usable without the integration with the WebIDE. Once we are connecting to the editor through WebIDE, we can revert all changes made in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/393006 and make the server headless.
