Mark files as Viewed in bulk

Examples: large extractions, accidental/temporary dependencies (e.g. `vendor/gems` in Rails). It would be a lot easier to be able to mark them all as "Viewed" without having to go through each. A flexible way could be selecting files (and maybe folders) in the file tree for marking.
