In [this epic](https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/7888) we are adding links to packages across different files package managers files: example: [gemspec](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/367645). Apart from packages, there are other things which could be liked - homepages, git repositories(basically almost everything starting from "https://"), licenses etc. Would be nice to have those linked as well.
