Was not fixed in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/merge_requests/15378. This issue is affecting the approval project settings. when increasing/decreasing the no. of required approvals input, it has a strange behavior. It seems like the FE is overriding and then slowly changing the number.
