Feature request: ability to edit a mirror setup between two repositories.
<!-- This template is a great use for issues that are feature::additions or technical tasks for larger issues.-->
### Proposal
Today you can not edit a mirror setup, which makes the user experience frustrating.
Settings -> Repository -> Mirroring repositories
With an editing ability you can fix simple mistakes on path or just updating some outdated information.
Re-entering all information makes you question if you actually have put in everything the way you did before and only changed the intended information. This is especially frustrating when trying to understand the error as the documentation on mirroring is not extensive.
My proposal is that in addition to the buttons at the end where there is a retry icon and a disposal icon to add an edit icon (pen). This would populate the fields and change the text on the button "Mirror repository" to "Update mirroring".
If the "Update mirroring" is then pushed after updating the data, the mirroring that was under editing would be replaced by the data in the fields.
My assumption is that the amount of removed and completely newly created mirrors would be decreased, and that edited mirrors would be less than the amount of remove/create.

Additionally, as a data oriented organization, when your feature exits planning breakdown, consider adding the `What does success look like, and how can we measure that?` section.
