> **question (non-blocking):** (~UX related) Why are we showing a deprecated feature? Usually for deprecated features we want to discourage the use of it, so WDYT about collapsing the `Import group from file` form by default or displaying the two options as tabs? Also doing so would help declutter the UI. At first glance it seemed like I had to complete both sections, and the page has two call to actions which isn't ideal.

> **suggestion (non-blocking):** This form is contained in what seems like a [card](https://design.gitlab.com/components/card), minus the border radius. WDYT about adding one for visual consistency? This is unrelated to this change so if you agree it could be done as a follow-up issue. There's also some overlap with the breadcrumb's box-shadow which makes the top-border appear darker `#bfbfbf` than the rest of the border `#dbdbdb`.
