Does this mean that importing groups+projects from gitlab.com to a self-hosted gitlab is allowed, but importing the repos, issues, etc... is not allowed? One more thing, this goes beyond the docs issue but if this is the case, is there a recommended way to bulk import all repos from gitlab.com into our self-hosted gitlab? <!-- Don't edit below this line -->
