As a web IDE committer I want to be able to choose one of my commit emails if I have multiple ones as the respective email to sign with so that I can make sure the origin organization is compliant and correct

Imagine we have completed https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/368891 & https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/368890, among the other issues in this epic. On top of that we have multiple verified commit emails present. We should be able to dynamically change the commit email according to the hat we are wearing at that moment to that the sign-off & commit email is linked to the correct organization from which I was assigned the task that lead to this contribution.
