Import from Github wizard should still allow you to paste in a Git[hub] URL

Workaround is to go back a page and paste your github URL into the "raw git url" wizard. ### Proposal Import from Github wizard should still allow you to paste in a Git[hub] URL - add an option to paste URL in the wizard. ### Links / references ### Documentation blurb #### Overview What is it?
