### Description
Based on [this comment](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/19979#note_890804109) this issue will be for the ~frontend development.
### Description
Granting GitLab access to Github is a pita. Workaround is to go back a page and paste your github URL into the "raw git url" wizard.
### Proposal
Import from Github wizard should still allow you to paste in a Git[hub] URL - add an option to paste URL in the wizard.
