### Proposal We currently only have "pipeline" and "coverage" badges built-in. I think it should not be very difficult to add a badge for nr. of _open_ issues, _open_ merge requests and release badge (with the version) to this list. I'm not talking only about a badge for releases, but also a badge for **issues** and **merge requests**. Which only shows you the number of OPEN issues and OPEN merge requests. Thank you.
