The GitLab [Protected branches API](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/protected_branches.html) and [Merge request approvals API](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/merge_request_approvals.html) show examples using `unprotect_access_levels` but there is no UI to view or edit this setting. Is `unprotect_access_levels` still valid?
