Proposal: Commit messages show up while looking at code changes in MR

When looking at code changes within MR, we often don't have specific context for the reason on changes for specific lines of code. Commit messages often provide information on those minute changes.
It'd be great to have the the _most recent_ commit messages show up when hovering over _specific lines_ in code changes of a merge request.
