Add pronouns to snapshot view of gitlab user profile
### Proposal Following up on the great work of "[Adding a "pronouns" box for GitLab Profiles](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/332405)", I was hoping we could add pronouns to the profile snapshot that pops up when you scroll over someone's name in an issue or MR. I added a workaround to my snapshot a while ago, by adding my pronouns after my title: However, I think it would be great if people could see their pronouns automatically if they've entered in that info into their profile. **Reasons:** * People are likely to mis-gender someone when responding in an issue or MR. People can scroll over others' names to see info about who they are. Pronouns should be part of this snapshot. * As a non-engineer using GitLab, I usually scroll over people's names to have a basic understanding of who they are. I only go to their profile on rare occasion. Pronouns should appear by people's names as an introduction -- they might get hidden if they are just on the profile page. ### Proposal We should make pronouns show up in the snapshot view when you scroll over someone's name on an issue or MR. I'm not a designer, but I think pronouns belong close to the name. Here's my proposed mockup: @manojmj -->
