Convert project in template as GitHub repository templates

### Proposal
GitHub has a wonderful tool which enables developers to share project templates in a really easy way.
Here you have the blog post introducing it https://github.blog/2019-06-06-generate-new-repositories-with-repository-templates/
And the docs https://docs.github.com/es/github/creating-cloning-and-archiving-repositories/creating-a-template-repository.
As an example, a few months ago I tried to share a template with my colleagues. In order to do that, I exported the project and share it with the import steps. https://gitlab.com/davidbro-in/FreeRTOS-Sandbox#new-gitlab-project-from-this-template
In this particular case, all my friends use GitHub and I wanted to show how GitLab CI enables endless amazing possibilities.
PS: I'm sorry for my English 😊
