Currently the merge request and issue form “Cancel” button is right-aligned and misses the reading order of the form completely, so it's quite easy to miss it, even for someone familiar with the UI.  I suggest we left align it, placing it next to the “Submit” button. This alignment suggestion goes against the current Pajamas guidelines on button positioning and order, but it does place the buttons next to each other: https://design.gitlab.com/components/buttons/#positioning > Buttons are **positioned towards the right** and **are placed next to each other** when there are multiple. I don't think it makes sense to move the “Submit” button to the right because it won't be aligned with the form reading order.
