Recently, @ltrbojevic created a [script that creates issues](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-security/compliance/compliance/issues/196) mapped to a framework for HIPAA audits. It would be neat for users to create their own issue templates and contribute back into a marketplace of sorts for issue templates.
