### Summary Both dropdown menus (on the *New Issue* screen) *Milestone* as well as *Labels* cannot be closed after the user tabs through every item in the dropdown menu until the focus leaves the menu. ### Steps to reproduce 1. *New Issue* 2. Click on the dropdown *Labels* or *Milestone* 3. Press TAB on the keyboard to iterate through all items in the dropdown menu until your focus leaves the dropdown menu* \* If there are lots of items you can reduce the number of items/tabs by using the search/filter within the menu. (Tested on Chrome / Firefox) ### What is the current *bug* behavior? The dropdown menu cannot be closed after the focus leaves the menu. Selecting an option will change the selection in the corresponding menu but will also not close the menu. ### What is the expected *correct* behavior?
