I've found the button ["Suggest changes"](https://gitlab.com/help/user/discussions/index.md#suggest-changes) not so discoverable by a new user. The button is small, the icon look doesn't advertise the idea behind it. GitLab:  Github:  At Github, the action buttons a grouped by their purpose (text style, content manipulation, lists etc.) and the "Insert suggestion" button is advertised by making it outstanding and placing it first on the list. I believe we can follow the same path or think of other ways of advertising this feature and making it more obvious to use.
