### Summary When creating a issue at the board view, the new issue disappears just after being created. This problem can be reproduced easily in ```GitLab 11.6-CE```, it **does not** occur in **gitlab.com**. Also, this bug is reproducible in Google Chrome. ### Steps to reproduce At any project, enter the issues board and create a new issue. The new issue will disappear, and after refresh it will be on the board. ### Example Project Any project ### What is the current *bug* behavior? Newly created issues at board view disapears just after creating. ### What is the expected *correct* behavior?
