Red Hat Certified GitLab Runner for OpenShift - GA
## Overview We have decided to invest in providing [first-class](https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/2068) support for deploying GitLab to OpenShift. To date, a RedHat certified GitLab Runner Operator is available as a [beta](https://www.openshift.com/blog/installing-the-gitlab-runner-the-openshift-way). This Certified Runner Operator can be deployed into OpenShift from the OpenShift Operator Hub. The goal of this issue is to deliver a GA version of the GitLab Runner Operator on OpenShift. ## Proposal The goal of this issue is to deliver a GA version of the GitLab Runner Operator on OpenShift. ## Tasks - [ ] Change the UBI Runner image so as to enable the GitLab-Runner UBI Container to be built to support OpenShift requirements.
