Think of a way to set up a review app with a custom config (LDAP, SAML etc.)

Some QA tests need to have GitLab set up with particular configs (LDAP, SAML etc.), we will need to find a way to do set up Review Apps with such config. The GitLab charts already support LDAP, Omniauth/SAML configs: https://gitlab.com/charts/gitlab/blob/master/doc/charts/gitlab/unicorn/index.md
