When I create a new MR from a branch that is automatically linked to an issue (= contains issue number) the labels from the issue are copied. Usually I'd like to review the labels and remove some of them/add new before submitting the MR. It is difficult with current design when the selected labels are not highlighted anywhere (see image attached)  We could either display them on the top of the list or in a different field, simply somewhere where users can immediately see selected labels. /cc @jramsay @jkarthik
