There might be others, but I'm particularly interested in keeping the feature toggles listed under "Settings > General > Permissions" (excluding visibility).  Especially with our new project templates, that might be something users expect. ### Further details List of what's included/excluded in [our docs](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/settings/import_export.html#exported-contents) ### Proposal Let's export Project permissions as well. Is there a simple way to make this implicit to not have to catch each new toggle we might add in future? ### What does success look like, and how can we measure that? (If no way to measure success, link to an issue that will implement a way to measure this)
