### Problem to solve
When exporting a project, we are not exporting a few relevant Project settings right now. There might be others, but I'm particularly interested in keeping the feature toggles listed under "Settings > General > Permissions" (excluding visibility).

Especially with our new project templates, that might be something users expect.
### Further details

### Proposal
Let's export Project permissions as well. Is there a simple way to make this implicit to not have to catch each new toggle we might add in future?
### What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
