### Problem Having a status with no status message currently generates no tooltip at all. This can be thought of asif the functionality is not functioning properly as the user expects a tooltip to show up.  ### Solution - Regardless of status message show the status emoji inside of the tooltip itself (you are hovering over the original emoji with your mouse obfuscating it when summoning the tooltip) - When there is no status message: show just a tooltip with the status emoji.
