Consider adding a background to diffs sent in emails

If you're using a client with a dark background, it looks like so: ![image](/uploads/cf43c57eb7a2ed131e5c9845ff59e5ae/image.png) which is a bit hard to read ### Further details With the release of OS X Mojave and the system-wide dark mode there's a chance a lot more people will be using mail clients with dark backgrouds, so improving legibility for them is nice! ### Proposal We should add a background to the diffs sent in email notifications to ensure they're legible no matter the background ### Links / references
