### Summary Similar to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-foss/-/issues/45139, we are encountering issues with listing users via the GitLab API. But _only_ immediately after a user has been deleted. ### Steps to reproduce 1. Delete a user via the API. 2. A 500 Internal Server Error is returned. ### What is the expected *correct* behavior?
