Status change Quick Actions should update MR/Issue status in real-time
***Summary***
could not refresh the issue status when close issue through command
***reproduction step***
1. apply the quick action by the comment using command /close, the history displays that I have closed the issue, the status is still `Open`
2. then I refresh the page, and then the status become `Close`
issue
