In version 7.8 Some old documentation found [here](https://git.onem2m.org/help/integration/jira.md) It shows `New issue url`.  > `new issue url` This is the URL to create a new issue in JIRA for the project linked to this GitLab project. In version 9.4 the issue [GitLab issues navigation tab should only be associated with GitLab issues](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/33097) also removed the feature of creating new issues from GitLab to Jira. Now we have a customer https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/101934 (internal) that is asking about this feature. I think removing a feature like this without mention the removal should not have happened. My initial question was: > In Gitlab 7.8 it was possible to create issues in Jira. This feature seems to have been removed somewhere along the line to 11.x. Could anyone explain to me why? Is there a workaround for this?
